Oliva Horticulture completes its team with two appointments

We are thrilled to announce new appointments at Oliva Horticulture to complete our team: Cynthia Kabis as General Manager and Alexandre Maheu as Sales Manager.
As General Director, Cynthia will provide her expertise in operational and administrative management to support our growing business. Her leadership and commitment will be essential in guiding our strategic orientations and planning our operations. With an MBA, Cynthia began her career in international trade before holding key positions, notably as General Director of the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie Thérèse-De Blainville (CCITB). She joined Oliva Capital in 2022 as Director of Corporate Development. She stands out for her commitment to the economic success of companies and the deployment of strategic projects.
As Sales Director, Alexandre Maheu will lead the wholesale side of the business, working closely with our existing representatives in each organization. His years of experience in sales management and business development will be a major asset to our organization. He holds a degree in marketing and human resources from the Université du Québec à Montréal, and has several years experience as a sales director for well-known companies. Alexandre has acquired in-depth expertise in team management, developing and monitoring sales plans, and deploying effective strategies.
These strategic appointments complete a strong team that already includes Guillaume Guitard as Director of Digital Transformation and Business Intelligence, Mathieu Lagacé as Director of Procurement and Strategic Partnerships, and three active partners, Julien Trussart as Vice-President, Strategy and Growth, Sébastien Dupont as Vice-President, Infrastructure and Equipment, and Martin Breault as President. This consolidation will strengthen collaboration within our operational teams at Oliva Horticulture companies, and we look forward to working together to realize our ambitions for growth and innovation.
