Montréal (February 21, 2024) — Logient, a firm that has been designing and implementing technology and business solutions for nearly 25 years, has announced the acquisition of Suitalent, a leading Montréal company specializing in information technology (IT) talent acquisition and management. 

The Logient team, which includes 500 IT experts, is welcoming an additional 100 recruitment advisors and other pre-qualified IT talents, including cybersecurity experts, from Suitalent. 

The acquisition of Suitalent enriches Logient’s expertise in consulting services and increases its capacity to support clients in deploying their IT projects — from identifying needs to developing solutions, including the recruitment of key talent to support their digital transformation. 

In recent years, Logient has made several strategic acquisitions to strengthen its presence both in the Canadian and international markets. This approach has allowed the company to expand and consolidate its offerings in response to markets that were previously underserved or forced to fragment their digital transformation needs between several partners or service providers.
