Oliva Capital continues its growth and announces the creation of Oliva Tech, a new subsidiary whose mission is to drive the local and international growth of technology companies and which brings together two key industry companies in its portfolio, Logient and nventive. Oliva Tech is formed by a new common shareholder base composed of Oliva Capital and Mr. François Tanguay, founder of nventive, along with four minority shareholders.
