Vincent Godcharles has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal and is a CPA. He combines a solid academic background with deep practical experience in the fields of technology and corporate mergers and acquisitions. With his expertise, he adds significant value by contributing to the growth and success of companies seeking to thrive in a constantly evolving technological environment. At the same time, Vincent is actively involved in business and the community as a director of the Sablon Foundation and as a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Télé-Québec.
