Oliva Capital adds Cyberimpact to its portfolio and strengthens its technology positioning.

Terrebonne, QC, May 16th, 2022 – Oliva Capital, a holding company founded by Quebec entrepreneurs, announced today the acquisition of Cyberimpact, a technology company specialized in email marketing and automation based on the North Shore of Montreal.

This acquisition will allow Cyberimpact to accelerate its growth with the support of Oliva’s technology ecosystem. Thousands of organizations are already using Cyberimpact’s solution which is positioned as a leader in its field. Oliva is also expanding its portfolio of technology companies and its local presence.
