Logient, a portfolio company of Oliva Capital acquires Groupe Azur.

Logient continues to grow with the acquisition of AZUR Group, a leader in the integration and management of business applications for enterprises. This transaction solidifies Logient’s presence in Quebec by enhancing its service offering to support all of its customers’ technological and digital needs.
