Charles Ceelen-Brasseur


Charles Ceelen-Brasseur graduated from McGill University with a double degree in civil law and common law. He began his career as a business lawyer at Lavery, where he advised entrepreneurs and investors in connection with the purchase and sale of businesses and venture capital financings. At Lavery, he also took charge of the startup program, which allowed him to assist several technology companies and to coach Montreal incubators and accelerator. He's still involved in the startup ecosystem as an investor and advisor. With several years of experience as a business lawyer, Charles now brings his entrepreneurial spirit, his pragmatic vision of law and his knowledge of the market to contribute to the growth of Oliva Capital. As a member of the management team, he advises the group's companies on key legal and business issues, and acts as a negotiator and facilitator to ensure the success of Oliva Capital's transactions.
